These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by Rob's Roofing & Remodeling ("we," "us," or "our"), including robsroofing.us, robsroofingus.com, and robsroofingaz.com, and any inspection requests, estimates, or SMS/MMS communications you initiate through them. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide residential and commercial roofing services, inspections, repairs, replacements, tile and foam roofing, hail and storm damage work, and insurance claim support, across the Phoenix metro, Tucson, and Boise/Treasure Valley markets. Coverage areas may change without notice.
Free Inspections & Estimates
Inspections are free and carry no obligation. Verbal or written estimates are good faith projections based on a visual inspection; they are not binding until both parties sign a written proposal or contract. Final pricing may change if hidden damage, code issues, or material price changes are discovered during the work.
SMS/MMS Program Terms
By checking the SMS/MMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Rob's Roofing & Remodeling related to estimates, scheduling, updates, and customer service.
- Message frequency: varies based on your active requests.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
- Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a one time confirmation.
- Help: Reply HELP or call (833) 410-9663.
- No third party sharing: We do not share SMS opt in data with third parties for marketing.
Warranties
Workmanship and material warranties are described in the signed proposal or contract for your specific project. Manufacturer warranties (e.g., GAF) are governed by the manufacturer's terms. We are a GAF Master Elite® contractor and offer extended manufacturer warranties on qualifying installations.
Insurance Claims
When assisting with insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster and provide documentation, photos, and Xactimate compatible estimates. The insurance carrier, not Rob's Roofing & Remodeling - ultimately determines coverage and payment.
Use of the Website
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access private areas, scrape content, submit false information through our forms, or interfere with site operation. We may suspend access for violations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our sites, text, logos, photos, videos, designs, is owned by Rob's Roofing & Remodeling or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rob's Roofing & Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a roofing project is limited to the amounts you paid for that project.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
