Do I need roofing experience to apply?+
No. Many of our top team members started with zero roofing experience. We train installers, apprentices, and office staff from the ground up. Experienced roofers are also welcome, we'll match your skill level to the right role.
How long does the application take?+
About 10 minutes for the initial application. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
What does the interview process look like?+
A short phone screen, then an in-person meeting at the branch you'd work out of. For field roles, we often include a job-site visit so you can see the work firsthand.
Do you offer paid training?+
Yes. GAF CARE, OSHA 10/30, manufacturer installer certifications, all paid, all on the clock.
Is work year-round or seasonal?+
Year-round. Our AZ and ID coverage keeps crews busy across seasons. No winter layoffs.
What locations are you hiring for?+
Phoenix, Chandler, and Tucson in Arizona, plus Boise, Idaho. We add locations as we grow.
Do you sponsor visas?+
We work with candidates who are authorized to work in the United States. Documentation is verified at hire.
